Workforce Recruitment, Development and Retention

This event will help us identify the current challenges we're facing as a sector in the recruitment, development and retention of our workforce - both paid staff and volunteers - and then explore some actions we can take to collectively address some of these challenges (and don't worry, we've already got some ideas we'd like to share with you.)
