Brighton & Hove Frontline Network
The Brighton & Hove Network has been run by Justlife since 2016 - and currently part of the same team that facilitates this Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Network.
The B&H Frontline Network…
The Frontline Network works across the UK to support staff in the voluntary, statutory and public sectors who are supporting people experiencing homelessness - offering funding, community and resources.
At a local level, the Frontline Network works with 8 Partner organisations across the UK who are facilitating thematic and geographically placed local networks.
…creates points of connection for workers across Brighton & Hove through:
Monthly E-Newsletter.
Monthly Learning Lunches - specifically for frontline workers to connect and learn from each other, focussing on topics that are important to them.
Annual Brighton Homeless Health Conference in collaboration with Arch Healthcare
Annual Remembrance Event, also in partnership with Arch Healthcare.
The Network also focusses on the following themes:
Psychological Safety - trauma and psychological informed practice
Workforce Development - focussing on learning and sharing best practice
Temporary Accommodation – working in collaboration with Justlife’s Policy and Research Team, the Network looks to ascertain training, skills gaps, and opportunities to share best practice for frontline workers supporting people in TA.
The network looks to foster community and serve the homelessness workforce across the city.
