Improving the health, housing & social outcomes for people with Multiple Compound Needs (also known as multiple disadvantage), is one of the City’s Health & Care Partnerships population health priority areas. 

The VSCE are a significant partner and provider of services to this population group, so working with HRSN is an important opportunity for the VSCE to inform the development of this work.

The aim of the session will be a chance for leaders to:

• engage with the LA/ICB to fully understand the programme and how it is being outworked 

• ask questions

• see how our organisations and the HRSN can play a part.
