B&H Citzens Advice presents introduction to UC and Housing.

This session will look at: the different types of benefits available, how to complete a benefits calculator with a client and where to get help with applying for benefits or common issues with benefits.

This session is best for workers who have not had benefits training in the past, or who are more familiar with legacy benefits and would like a refresher.
